Community Outreach

Right after the storm occurred, DOT&PF began regular community outreach to local government and affected businesses and homeowners on a regular basis via email, site visits, and small group meetings (see older community announcements below).

In recent years, the project has been coordinating with the public on an as needed and ongoing basis to support design approvals on a site-by-site basis.

Current outreach includes direct phone calls and emails, site visits, presentations to neighborhood associations, small group meetings, neighborhood post cards, and public meetings as warranted.
